Fried chicken with the curry leaves & green chili tadka

My Fried Chicken recipe:
Chicken
Turmeric powder
Ginger Garlic paste
Chilli powder
Chicken kebab masala
Some cumin powder
Pepper powder
Lemon juice.
Marinate the above for at least half an hour & deep fry the chicken in any oil you prefer.

For the tadka:
Take the same pan you used to fry the chicken in, drain most of the oil just leave a little in the pan, now add 2-3 slit green chilies and some curry leaves, toss the chicken in and fry everything together for a minute or so, turn the heat off-take the chicken out & sprinkle some chaat masala(optional). .
