Cheese Chapatti (Indian flat bread)
Ingredients (4 Servings)
- 1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
- Any type of cheese as needed
- 1 Teaspoon Salt / as needed
- 2 Teaspoon Olive Oil.
- ¾ lukewarm water / as needed

Then add the olive oil and lukewarm water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth. Cover and keep it for 10 minutes. And scrub the cheese and keep it aside.
Step 2: Heat a pan over medium flame. Meanwhile on a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out the balls of dough until very thin like a tortilla.
