Anzeige | Another chia pudding bowl as I’m experimenting with eating more fats now to heal my skin. Since I practice intermittent fasting and my digestion is quite fast, my food choices could be influencing my hormones negatively. So I eat more slow-digesting foods now, like chia, flaxseed, nuts & chocolate instead of mainly fast-digesting foods like fruits, cooked grains & vegetables (still eating these, just not as exclusively). I’m already seeing improvements! Let’s see how it goes. I’ll keep you updated!

To make the chia pudding, mix 60g chia seeds with 250ml plant milk, 200ml water, 1.5 tsp matcha & a little sweetener of your choice. I like the sweetener “Goviosid” from home and garden tips stir again and let the chia soak overnight. Enjoy!
