There are several pros and cons of having ginger tea without moderation. However, one or two cups a day will rather amp up our health and will not cause any side effect. Even the healthiest thing can have side effects, so consumption of ginger should also be in moderation to stay fit.

We can consume ginger powder in capsule form or mix it into water to make a ginger powder drink. We can also sprinkle ginger powder on our food. Consuming tablespoons of ginger powder in its raw state may cause indigestion, and its taste can be overpowering. Upping our intake of antioxidant-rich foods and beverages like ginger shots may combat inflammation and keep our immune system healthy. Many test-tube and animal studies suggest that ginger can enhance immune response. 

People should add ginger products to their daily meals especially during this pandemic situation.
